We appreciate that taking the decision to enter residential care may be traumatic but believe it is a positive choice, one that brings many benefits and solves many problems. We provide genuinely flexible care and tailor the care to each individual - before admission we discuss the care plan with the resident and their family (if appropriate) and after consultation and assessment we are confident that needs are met.

The care provided is under constant review and is personal to the resident’s changing needs.

We ask each resident to help us compile a personal profile of their life, including hopes and desires, preferences and tastes; this helps us to really get to know the residents and helps us understand their needs. We can then provide truly “person-centered” care, including everything from their dietary preferences to their chosen recreation activities.
